Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase—but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Return Window: You can return your item(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, with original packaging included.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.  Due to their nature, custom orders are not eligible for returns, however if there is an issue, we will work with you to make it right.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
